#Add A Records to Your Domain DNS

Now, you have verified your domain. However, you didn’t point your domain to Google IPs. Here how to change the host IPs and set BlogSpot as the hosting provider in Godaddy.

Step #1. Again in the DNS Zone File Click on Add Record and then choose A(Host) Record from the Record type list.

Type @ in Host text field and in the Point to, and add this first Google IP: Set TTL for one hour and then click on Finish button.

Now, do the same process for these three Google IPs and last save your changes in Godaddy Domain DNS zone.

#Redirect Custom Domain to BlogSpot

Now, you configured your custom domain at Godaddy for your Blogger blog. Note that; it might take up to 48 hours to update the DNS zone. So wait for the few hours and come back to your BlogSpot account.

Here to map the custom domain to BlogSpot blog, it takes 5 minutes to 4 hours for these changes to reflect globally.

If the CNAME & A(Host) record has been updated globally, this time instead of showing error in the red color, your custom domain will start working.
